The developers achieved this effect by placing LED panels and cameras around the edges, which will create the effect of the tower blurring in space. It will really look amazing after the tower is built. A truly bold decision, from well-known designers.

All the technologies for such construction are now available, and it can be started right now. But for now, everything is in the final stage, because such a tall building with so many amazing features requires really careful planning and design work. After all, if at least one mistake is made, then all construction will be doomed to failure, and the company will lose a very large amount of money and all its reputation.

The company also plans that in the vicinity of the tower the same construction of invisible houses will be carried out, which will be smaller, but will not be less interesting to the public.
