Currently, a very popular type of shopping is a joint purchase. In short, this type of activity is called JV. Increasingly, in people’s conversations, one can hear that they buy certain goods in the joint venture.

The name “joint purchase” speaks for itself. A group of people negotiate, collect money, pay the bill and share the purchased goods among themselves. Basically, this scheme is used to purchase goods in firms that sell only in bulk. It is obvious that goods ordered in bulk are much cheaper than when buying at retail. On the other hand, when buying in bulk, the costs of transport costs are divided among all participants. This can be very beneficial when buying items from shipping companies, which have a fixed cost, regardless of weight. Thus, if the item was bought in one copy, its delivery could reach half the cost of the item itself.

At first, the JV system operated only within the forums. In the course of work, some disadvantages were revealed, for example, trusting money to third parties. As a result, the rules for participation and organization of the joint venture appeared. In the future, the joint venture system became commercial, now many earn decent money on this.

The organizers or curators of the purchase can earn on the joint venture. As a rule, these people find the necessary goods, find out the conditions for a wholesale purchase, prepare price lists and offer goods to potential buyers. Then it remains only to take orders, and as soon as the required amount or a sufficient number of participants is reached, the organizer collects money and pays the bills. After the delivery of the goods, the organizer holds meetings and distributions of the goods to all participants in its purchase. In such a scheme, the organizer sets a certain percentage of the order amount in his favor, usually from 5% to 25%. The cheaper the product, the greater the % of the organizer’s income. Particularly active figures manage to conduct up to 10 purchases at the same time.

Joint procurement has several disadvantages:

The organizer of the purchase is not responsible for the quality of the goods. His task is only to place an order and distribute the received goods;

When purchasing in bulk, the supplier does not guarantee that the goods will come in the right color and size;

The ordered goods will have to wait at least a week, or even a month;

You have to choose a product from the catalog, there is no way to make sure that the item fits in size.
